like a refund, we will review your request and try to accommodate if
possible. Normally shipping and handling fees are not refundable. You
must contact us within 72 hours of receipt of
your order if you are not completely satisfied.

use PayPal as our credit card processor. You may pay with
any major credit card and you do NOT
have to have a PayPal account. You will be able to checkout
normally through PayPal by entering your credit card information
in with confidence that your information is completely secure.

When your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirming shipment
and the carrier. All orders are carefully packed to ensure they arrive
in good condition. If you receive an item that is damaged, please keep
all packaging material and contact us within 72 hours of receipt of your
order. We will notify you how to file a claim.

by Scents ships internationally using Priority Mail. Email us
with your anticipated order and we will figure the costs based
on the weight and send you a quote. International orders must include
name, street address, city, country, zip code, and telephone number.
